Follow these simple steps to complete the application process:

1. Download, print and complete an application form and any additional forms you require.
2. Review all completed forms.
3. Sign the completed application form and return it along with any required additional forms, your initial balance (minimum of $5,000) and two pieces of valid identification (one of which must be a valid piece of photo ID) to your local BMO InvestorLine branch or BMO Bank of Montreal branch.
