Create a User ID and you will be able to access all your BMO InvestorLine
accounts online with one sign-in. By creating a User ID you may qualify
for Flat Fee Pricing and our 5 Star Program that
offers exclusive benefits to better support you in your investing success.
Creating a User ID is quick, easy
and it's real-time.
Here's how it works:
Create your User ID |
Sign into your account and go to Account Services > Account Profile > Create User ID
Choose a User ID and Password |
Choose a User
ID that is uniquely yours. You have the flexibility of choosing
something easy to remember, while at the same time making your User ID
secure.
Choose a password and three challenge questions and answers
that will allow you to reset your password online if you forget it. With our password
management feature, password management is in your
hands, through both our web site and Automated Telephone Trading system. |
Add your accounts |
Once your User ID is successfully created, you can add as many accounts to it as you would
like. Simply provide the account numbers and passwords, choose an account nickname (if you
want to make it easier to tell one account from another) and choose your primary account.
Your primary account will be the account that is active when you sign-in with your User ID. |
Complete Your Profile |
To complete your profile, provide your email contact information. You can also choose your
preferred method of statement delivery. |
Register Your User ID for the 5 Star Program - Optional |
User ID allows you to combine the assets in all of your accounts to qualify for Flat Fee Pricing and our 5 Star Program. When you create a User ID you have the option to register your User ID for the 5 Star Program. This step is optional. Please note, the 5 Star Program is only available to accounts that qualify. If you register, we will evaluate your User ID for participation in the Program at the next evaluation period. Once you qualify, you will start receiving 5 Star Program benefits after the next evaluation. |
