The Globe and Mail 2006 RRSP Online Broker Survey
BMO InvestorLine has been ranked the #1 online broker in The Globe and Mail's RRSP ranking. In his annual RRSP survey, Rob Carrick of The Globe and Mail evaluated 12 online brokers in 10 areas that relate to their ability to serve the mainstream investor. BMO InvestorLine came out on top again; the fifth consecutive win for BMO InvestorLine and 15th overall best online broker ranking. “A top choice for anyone, but especially those looking for a little direction.” says Rob Carrick, The Globe and Mail.

Watchfire GómezPro Canada Q2 2004 Scorecard
BMO InvestorLine has once again been voted the top online brokerage in the Watchfire GómezPro ranking of online brokerages. "BMO InvestorLine maintained its top spot on the fifth straight online brokerage scorecard by continually enhancing online offerings", said Glenn LaCoste, senior analyst at Watchfire GómezPro Canada, in the National Post. "The site continues to offer a wide variety of investment tools and products as well as simple and easy-to-use navigational features". LaCoste also noted that "BMO InvestorLine offered the best service to the life-goal planner and one-stop shopper segments, and placed first in ease of use and relationship services categories."

BMO InvestorLine is named as top choice for established investors in The Globe and Mail 2004 RRSP Online Broker Survey. Rob Carrick writes that BMO InvestorLine is "the best all-around choice for established, middle-of-the-road investors. There's on-line access to bonds and GICs, commission-free mutual funds and useful tools for designing RRSP portfolios." Carrick also noted that, "This year, BMO InvestorLine has added a list of recommended funds and model portfolios from fund expert Ranga Chand."

Gómez Canada Q4 2003 Scorecard
BMO InvestorLine retains the #1 position in Gómez Canada's ranking of online brokerages for the fourth consecutive time. The National Post noted that BMO InvestorLine “has designed its offer to target so-called ‘life-goal planners’ who take a longer-term view of investing and are looking for help with retirement planning.” BMO continues to improve the navigation of its site, and continued to provide top-notch customer service”, Gómez noted in the article. BMO InvestorLine was also singled out as the best choice of online brokers for one-stop shoppers, given the breadth of its offering.

For the second straight year BMO InvestorLine ranks No. 1 in The Globe and Mail's annual online brokerage survey. In The Globe and Mail 2003 RRSP Online Broker Survey the best all-round choice this year is the same as last year, BMO InvestorLine. The rating is based on seven criteria: annual administration fees; commissions for trading stocks; mutual fund commissions; tools for helping investors design portfolios and select securities; the availability of bonds and guaranteed investment certificates on-line; special deals for RRSP season; and the availability of an expedited account-opening process. Rob Carrick writes that“InvestorLine delivers the best package of services for middle-of-the-road investors who want to intelligently manage their retirement savings plans.”
