Your action required: Market Pro security update as of April 16

Our Market Pro vendor will be upgrading their encryption protocol to help ensure your privacy and security. As of April 16, 2021, devices using an outdated version of Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.0 and 1.1) will not be able to access Market Pro and Market Pro Lite.

What you need to do as of April 16

Make sure your Operating System supports TLS 1.2. Use the following URL to test your system for TLS 1.2 compatibility: https://www.tls.theice.com

• If successful: You will get a confirmation message that your system is capable of supporting TLS 1.2 or higher.
• If unsuccessful: You will get an error message and will have to upgrade your TLS version. You can update your system’s TLS with the latest version of .NET Framework which can be found here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework

Note: As of April 16, devices using the outdated TLS will encounter an error message to upgrade the system.
